Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
Please choose your product and designs carefully! All our custom designs are non refundable and can not be exchanged once your purchase has been made. However, if you believe there is a fault within your product please reach out at hello@sipnsparkleboutique.com.au and we will do our best to assist you.
Faulty and Damaged Items
In the unlikely event, if you believe your product may be faulty, please reach out to us via email with photos and video with information regarding the issue.
Your products are packaged to be as safe as possible during the transit process. Once an item has been sent in the post, it is unfortunately beyond our control as to how they get handled. If you believe your item has been damaged during the transit process, please let us know asap with photo’s attached of the product in it’s packaging/box.
If an item breaks after delivery, a refund will not be credited. All cups come with cup care cards, we will not replace or refund an item where the care instructions have not been followed.
